As a mom who has ADHD, I find chore charts to be a fantastic way to motivate my kids (and myself!!) as I love seeing the immediate tangible reward of a checked item off a list. It doesn’t always work, but anything that helps is a win in my book!

TIPS FOR USE

• I love to get fun stickers to add to these charts and make a system of rewards when all items are checked off the list at the end of the day. My personal favorite is a square of dark chocolate, and my kids would probably say ice cream, but feel free to come up with your own rewards & incentives that work for you and yours!
